Shipping/Returns

​Shipping

• Merchandise Purchased from Cottone Performance must be returned 30 days of receipt of goods

• All small packages are shipped ground

• Any packages received damaged must be provided with photo evidence and E-mailed to adam@cottoneperformance.com along with your order number 

• Packaged are shipped via UPS flate rate, shipping rates vary depending on box dimenions, weight, size, etc

Returns

• Special Order items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number listed on the package.
• Cottone Performance  responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item 

• ​Cottone performance is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged items during the return process 

• All product returns must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition with all pieces included.
